• Members may divulge confidential information during PathFinder4 meetings. Meetings, unless otherwise stated as public, shall be private to Members. Details of meetings may be stored on the Site in the form of documents or other artefacts. Information held in these documents and other artefacts must not be copied, stored, or shared outside of the PathFinder4 Membership without prior written agreement.

• We may also use your data, or permit selected third parties to use your data, to provide you with information about goods and services which may be of interest to you and we or they may contact you about these by email, post or telephone.

If you are an existing customer, we will only contact you by electronic means (e-mail or SMS) with information about goods and services similar to those which were the subject of a previous sale to you.
